Mother of three children and wife to a difficult husband; When she was twenty, Amelia foolishly agreed to marry her husband for the money, knowing that marrying a person of higher class and a lot of wealth, would please her parents.
She does love her husband but sometimes she thinks that if she waited for someone who made her happy instead of her parents then maybe she would be happier with her love life. Amelia loves her children and would do anything for the three of them, even stay with their father through his rages.
Herself, her husband and children spend a lot of their time around the Mayor’s house with Amelia pretending to be friends with the Mayor’s wife who she finds herself to be the opposite of. The Mayor’s wife is bitchier than Amelia who would rather keep information to herself than spread it around Crooked Hallows.
Amelia knows about the children’s visits to the lake but doesn’t tell her husband; allowing Kelly, Patrick and James to have some freedom away for them to act like the other kids in the town; Well, not the band of hooligans who tried to break into the Mayor’s house.

Mary is a very kind, beautiful and understanding mother and wife. She was deeply concerned about her children’s well-being, especially Wendy’s who was being forced to grow up too soon by her husband. She always tried to keep the peace in the household, shown when she tried to keep her husband from losing his temper with the children. She is shown to be very caring and loving, however she doesn’t seem to agree completely with her husband’s overly-practical ways.

– Patrick Fields –
Patrick is the middle child of the Field’s children. He’s an intelligent child who could read his father’s books about law when he was only five; he’s home school but as well as Kelly and James, wishes they could go to the town’s school like the other kids do.
Although he gets reminded by his father often that he’s going to be thirteen in a few months, Patrick still enjoys listening to his sister’s stories. His father’s angry attitude scares Patrick as he hopes that he’ll never become like that in the future.
He wishes that he was old enough and fearless enough to protect his mother from his father’s moods, he sometimes tries to stand in front of his mother wishing that he could create a forcefield around them all.
Patrick cares for his siblings and looks up to his sister, listening to everything she says and taking it into account. He is sometimes the only one who listens to his younger brother, James, listening to what he tells him to do whether it be, playing on the trampoline in the garden or escaping the house to the river and The Crooked Hallows Coffee Shop.

John Darling is the middle brother of Wendy and Michael Darling, and one of the main characters of Peter Pan. John loves hearing Wendy’s stories of Peter Pan and plays the character of Captain Hook while his younger brother Michael plays Peter Pan during their nursery games. He is very brave and very smart.

– Kelly Fields –
The only daughter among two brothers as well as the eldest; she enjoys telling her younger brothers’ stories that she’s made up from her own imagination. Her father tends to put pressure on Kelly to grow up sooner and not be the the company of her ten and twelve year old brothers so often.
Her parents are well off people, being close friends to the mayor and his wife as well as living in a luxurious house close by the mayor’s. Kelly was the one who rang the alarm when people tried to break into her parent’s friend’s house; surprised when she saw the group being taken away from the house were around her age.
Kelly’s mother is sometimes scared of her husband as he suffers from anger issues; Kelly sometimes is afraid of him herself but she tries to make her brothers feel safer by taking them into their room and telling them her own stories, trying to soothe them.
Kelly loves her parents but she longs for freedom like the other kids and be able to go to Crooked Hallows school instead of being home schooled. She wishes that she could tell her brothers stories and enjoy playing games without feeling pressured by her father to grow up.
To make herself feel like the other kids, she sometimes escapes with brothers, picking up food from The Crooked Hallows coffee shop before sitting by the lake.

Wendy loves to dream and tell stories. Although she loves her father, his fits of temper make her upset. Wendy has a vivid imagination, and it is hinted that she has feelings for Peter Pan.
